what a wonderful stay, no complains at all. nice hot breakfast with a good choice of options, ideal and spotless place. very good service, excellent and wonderful position in nice neighborhood. also - just next door to restaurants, cafes and a great grocery store across the road, the french quarter and hip, trendy bars and restaurants, and passing weddings/local bars.

The rooms had gorgeous art. the hotel had a central location, just a minute walk from Washington Square Park. - the staff was very helpful, top-class, and accommodating. We were able to have an early check-in. the staff were always smiling.

We got a room with a bathtub. The location was perfect, not too far away from a Bourbon street. Plus, it was really close to the garden area and magazine Street and the Mississippi and the parade.

Everything was good - central location and friendly service. Hot breakfast, with a great selection of food. Superfriendly and extremely friendly staff, newly decorated room with character. All the staff were more than helpful.

The king suite I stayed in was newly decorated and spacious, with a lovely garden view, and the central location was convenient for exploring the area nearby, like the zoo.

The variety of good hot breakfast items to choose from was wonderful. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. - Having a living area and an electric kettle in the room was a nice touch. - the location in a nice area of NOLA with easy access to a chemist's and a supermarket was convenient.

Great and perfect location, set near two grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. Faubourg Marigny district is worth your attention. - Rooms are reasonably spacious with a bedroom, porch, and garden view. - the food is delightful.

We loved staying at this charming guest house. The manager, Joshua, was incredibly helpful and gave us great tips for exploring the city. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the courtyard outside was a lovely place to relax. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Overall I highly recommend this place for your stay.

Great location close to Frenchman Street. Nearby grocery store, coffee shop, and food court restaurant. Comfortable and spacious row house with good air conditioning. Helpful and friendly hosts.

The newly remodelled, large rooms had an electric kettle and a seating area. the unbeatable location was within a short walking distance to Banksy's Rain Girl. - the check-in was early. - the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay really nice.

In general the room was recently refurbished and well-appointed with a comfy bed, and I loved it. A living room and an electric kettle were a very nice touch. - the hotel was in an unbeatable location near local restaurants, and the French Quarter or the Bywater district.
